Debra Yates’ works on canvas and paper and her ceramic
tile pieces are collected throughout the country. She often
incorporates three-dimensional media in her paintings, which
leads her naturally to sculpture. A 300-foot rope that washed
ashore after Hurricane Ivan inspired this piece. Debra is
a native Key Wester.
