Florida artist Kia Ricchi has studied in New York, Italy
and Sweden. From 1987-1997 she worked for Walt Disney where
she developed an extensive knowledge of fabrication techniques.
Her “creative seating” designs are derived from
nature, and she wishes to inspire the viewer to examine
the complex patterns and textures that in the natural environment.
